Chef Lauren Marshall is an alumni from the Culinary Institute of Canada with over 14 years of professional experience in the culinary industry. She also holds a nutrition designation from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Chef Lauren competed on Top Chef Canada season 4 pushing for her passion of nutritious foods nationally. After working in many kitchens all over the world Lauren is now based in her home city as the owner of Real Fake Meats – Plant Based Butcher in Halifax, NS.
