Jeremy Taylor is the head brewer and one of the founders of 2 Crows Brewing in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Jeremy holds a Masters of Science in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Prior to getting into professional brewing, Jeremy worked in biochemistry research and genetic sequencing, and brings an attention to detail and appreciation of current research to learned in that role to his work at 2 Crows. Jeremy’s brewing passions include mixed fermentation, oak conditioning, and classic lager profiles.
Originally from Vancouver, BC, Jeremy now lives in Dartmouth with his wife and two young daughters.
