- Educational Session featuring Keynote Speaker, Ten 10-minute Talks given by Trendsetters and a World Café discussion
A Day of Country Fire at the Inn at Bay Fortune with host Chef Michael Smith, where you’ll be invited to help create a Guinness World Record Charcuterie Board and indulge in a series of outdoor food stations. Return transportation provided from Charlottetown.
Registration for the full symposium is $390 plus taxes and service fees. An option to attend the first day only (Oct 17) is available for those that are unable to attend for $290 plus taxes and service fees.
