Who qualifies as a primary producer?
An individual who owns a farm or boat and is (1) actively engaged in farming or fishing, and (2) earns at least $10,000 or 25% of your gross annual income from farming or fishing; a partnership or corporation that owns a farm/boat and is (1) registered in the province and (2) actively engaged in farming/fishing and (3) earns at least $10,000 or 25% of its gross annual income from farming or fishing.
